The Parathon® PE Patient Portal serves as a secure Virtual CBO which allows patients/customers to manage their financial relationship with the Health System. Patients access the secure web based portal and are able to perform any function currently performed by CBO staff. These functions include making payments, requesting itemized statements, setting up payment plans, viewing claims and insurance information, and other self-service account activities as deemed appropriate by the Health System.

Parathon® PE Logic-Based Patient Satisfaction - Collecting payments from patients is far easier if they are kept proactively informed about the status of their account. Patients can be confused by complicated benefit schedules as well as billing invoices. Parathon® patient-friendly communications are automatically triggered (using activity based analytics) informing them of all significant events which affect their financial status with the Health System.

Parathon® PE Customer Support Call Center provides a Windows based interface to account and claims information across the entire Healthcare enterprise. The Customer Support Center can be integrated with a Voice Response System capable of answering most patient questions or transferring the patient to a live Customer Service Representative.
